Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Areas
    We provide shipping services to most areas within Taiwan. Please contact us for details if your location is remote.
    Shipping Time
    Orders are processed within 3-5 working days after payment.
    Home delivery (Black Cat Courier) usually takes 1-2 days.
    Convenience store (7-11) pick-up will take around 3-7 days.

    Home delivery or 7-11 convenience store pick-up.
  • Important Notes
    Delivery is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. No deliveries on weekends and public holidays.
    Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are correct.
    If [fragile] items such as plants are damaged during transport due to special conditions, we do not offer refunds.
    If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and provide photos for verification.
    Additional delivery fees may apply for rural or remote areas.
    We do not ship to areas outside Taiwan.

Order Confirmation
Once you confirm your order, select your payment method, delivery time, and enter shipping details.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Product Warranty
    If there is a defect in the product, you may apply for an exchange within 7 calendar days after receiving it. For damaged items, please take photos as evidence and contact customer service.
    Return Policy
    To initiate a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product (7 days after receiving at 7-11 for convenience store pick-ups). Returns must be sent back in their original packaging, and items must be unused. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund minus any shipping fees. Exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is returned incomplete.     Notes on Return and Exchange
    For exchanges, customers must cover the cost of shipping for the return.
    If the wrong item is sent, we will cover shipping fees.
    Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
